Yep at Runtime and in Expression Blend..
Desc: I have a listbox populated with 100x100 images... i want to drag it from here and drop in onto an InkCanvas where i have drawn something.
Eg: I have drawn a house and i want to drop an image that describes the colour that must be filled. Hence the images wd be bold colour boxes that would indicate a colour.
Plz help :puzzle:

Last year .. the h1 visas got filled on Oct 1st .. the day it opened.
Any idea what the status is this year?

The big question is that why the so called "IV leadership" is not filling a FOIA request for how many EB3-I cases pending till date. Infact they should ask numbers for all the categories and their priority dates. It should be simple SQL query for USCIS.
This is such a burning issue and so many people are suffering from it. I still don't get it why would IV is not raising this issue... Can some one from leadership group respond please.......

For adjustee's AP gives permission to travel out-in. I think it should be ok to travel (you can subscribe to case updates and you'll know the case status)

i am guessing, your stamped visa (and also I-94 card on your passport) expires feb-2010. Since you have H1B (I797 notice), it should have I-94 attached to it with Feb-2011 date. If not then you need to go out of US , get visa stamped and enter back.

Dear experts/Attorneys,
Please help me. My EB2 priority date in 21Nov 2007. My I 140 is approved and yet to file for I 485. Now at work I have promotion offer from Sr developer to Team lead. Technologies I work for won't change, but I have to change my work location to different state in this case
do I have to file for PERM and I 140 again?
If I have to file 140 can I retain priority date?
Is there any other option for me to escape PERM refiling other than not accepting promotion :)?
Your advice is greatly appreciated.

The National Foundation for American Policy has issued an important report analyzing the interplay between of trade laws and S.887 and S.2804, bills introduced by Senators Grassley and Sanders, which would impose an array of new restrictions on skilled workers. I found some information that I believe could be beneficial in knowing the status of the pending I-140 case (also for I-485)
This is called TSC Streamline procedure and a url link is given below.
Based on that, AILA attorneys can send an email notice about the pending I-140 info. It seems like the application should have been filed prior to the processing date that shows up for I-140 for TSC. It looks like there is no 30 day window imposed as in the case of Service Requests.
This email is supposed to inform USCIS about our pending I-140!

I am masters student graduating in June 2011. I got an offer from a big company and it already started h1b premium processing(applied on Mar 31). Now, I received an offer from my dream company and I didn't mention about h1-b processing and want to work for this company. I have few questions and need your suggestions.
1. Reject the first company offer. Not sure if I have to pay, because they applied for H1-B premium processing. How much I have to pay in this case? Can I continue working on OPT in this case?
2. Inform the second company about the first company h1-b processing. What can second company do, if H1-B is already processed? What can second company do, if H1-B is not processed?
Please suggest if there are better ways to handle the situation.

Dear Core Team,
What is IV's stand on people still stuck in LC backlog in PEBC/DEBC, There are applications pending there since 2001/2002. If this becomes law that I-140 filed after May 2007 will be rejected then the biggest impact will be on such people as even labor is not cleared and even after waiting for so long they will lose everything.
