Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell says that he's not aware of anyone who wants to alter the 14th Amendment (uh, did you just wake up from a coma and miss the last two weeks?). My company is planning to build a software using Silverlight technology. As a writer, I have created CHMs for desktop applications and web helps for web applications.
Is there a different or new approach available to create online helps for Silverlight applications?
Looking for some great samples/links/pointers on how to handle online help for Silverlight based applications.

I need an advice.
I was in US since Apr 1999. FIled for GC in oct 2000. I got my I-140 approved.But then i had to go back to india as my company transferred me to india office in Oct 2001.
I left that company in jan 2004 and joined another company in india. Then in July 2004 i came back to US thru a consulting firm. An din jan 2005 my client offered a job. So since Jan 2005 i am working at the cients office as their employee. I filed for LC in Sep 2005, it got approved in oct 2005 (Just mised by 3 weeks)
My question is was was it possible to use the PD from my previous GC. which is Oct 2000.My atternoy told me it is not possible. But i saw similer posting on IV, hence i am curious. Also if possible is there any way i can get the old GC at this stage,my I-140 is approved this time too.,

(1) I have applied for my OPT very recently with a start date of oct1, 2007 and its in the processing stage.
(2) I am planning to apply(say by August 1st, 2007) for 140/485 concurrently in EB2-NIW category, as the PDs have become current.
Will my OPT be rejected because of the pending 485? Is it possible to file 140/485 concurrent or should I wait till my OPT is approved (by that time the PDs will no longer be current...hmmm). Your valuable suggestions are needed. Pls help me....

My I-140 was approved April 30,2007. The appoval letter indicated that not yet elligible for change of status. The I-485 was returned together with the checks we paid. Please clarify and what can I do next other than waiting?

I am purchasing tickets to INDIA in an hour. Haven't thought about this much until one of my friends asked me this. My priority date is March 2005. I am planning to travel to INDIA using AP in December last week and come back in first week of Feb 2010. IF my GC gets approved during my stay in INDIA, would it a problem while coming back or if an RFE is issued, would it be a problem.
Please advice

I have one question: My I-485 applcation (employment based) was rejected due to I-130 attachment in error.
If USCIS reject my entire package of I-485 because I have attached I-130 application. What are my options? Is there any law that USCIS can only reject I-130 and accept I-485 appplications (myself and for my wife)? I have seperate fee checks for all the applications.
Please help me....

The big news is that the masters cap was hit as of December 24th. I had been predicting since last summer that this 20,000 quota would be hit in the last week of the year and the pace of usage stayed extremely consistent. The general quota has 7,700 visas of 65,000 remaining as of December 31st and the rolling four week average is now running at just over 1500. Your passport has nothing to do with you invoking AC21. AC21 is just a way of informing Uscis that you are switching to another job with similar duties, that's all. There's no official form or application to submit.
Just apply for the renewal of your passport as you would usually do. That's all.
