Gurus..I need some help
My I-140 is approved. I recently got 3 year extension and I am in my 7th year currently.
I may get a better offer. My question is
1. Since I have a new H1b which is valid for 3 years (for H1b year 7,8 and 9), can I transfer it to a new employer?
2. Also, the new employer is willing to file GC, can I use my old PD date. (the new job profile is similar)
3. If the current employer withdraws my I-140, will that affect my H1 transfer?
Please help.

I was on H1 with my previous company but laid off last week. I have !485 AOS and EAD.
I believe I can straight away join any company (consultancy or any enterprise company) on EAD , right pls ?
if get a job offer from Comapny "A" and join them today and file AC-21 today and meanwhile say I get another job from another Company "B" after two days and join them, can I file another AC-21 without waiting to hear back from USCIS. I believe AC 21 is just informational for USCIS that I have switched the jobs.

Politico reports on a McCain interview with CNN. The other interesting takeaway is McCain's indication that he'll stand firm in insisting on a guest worker program in the comprehensive immigration reform bill if he's going to work for its passage. I hope he's successful in that effort. Without addressing the future flow of immigrant workers, we'll be debating another legalization bill in ten or fifteen years.

I am a strong supporter of Comprehensive Immigraton Reform (CIR). I have been on both sides of the fence. In the late 1970s and early 1980s, I was an attorney for the Immigration and Naturalization Service. I spent a couple of years representing the government in deportation proceedings, often conducted in Federal prisons. Are there people in the U.S. who should be deported? Absolutely! I received RFE letter from USCIS for missing TB skin test result in the medical reports.I took TB skin test in 2007 and came out negative.Here is the test of RFE
"your application contained form I-693 in which the required TB skin test was not conducted. Please note there may be conflicting information on some published form I-693 instructions regarding when the chest X ray Report should be performed. It is required only when the TB skin test indicates a reaction equal to greater than 5 mm, or when the reason for why the TB skin test is medically inappropriate to perform has been annotated on theform I-693. Please submit a newly completed form I-693 indicating the results of the required skin test."
After consulting the doctor concerned, she filled up new I-693 form with 2007 test results and provide me I-69e form in a sealed envelop. Can you please let me know whether 2007 TB skin test results will be acceptible to USCIS or do I need to do another TB skin test? Please Help.

There is no biometric fee for AP. It is only if you are applying for a Re-entry permit or a Refugee travel document.

I'm trying to show an "optimum" collection,
and so I'd really appreciate your listing here the numbers of some of the ones which you think I might as well omit, and any other suggestions.
Another really big favor would be to point me to some candids on the web. They're not easy and they seem not to be very popular.
